All UK orders are dispatched directly from our UK warehouse.

International Delivery

We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on international orders over £500.

For international orders below £500, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Within the UK

We offer FREE Next Working Day Delivery across most of the United Kingdom for orders placed before the daily cut-off time (Monday–Friday).

Please note that Next Working Day Delivery excludes:

Scottish Highlands & Islands
Channel Islands
Isle of Wight
Isle of Man
Northern Ireland
Selected remote areas of Scotland

Delivery times for these locations may be longer.

Weekend Deliveries

Saturday Delivery is available for eligible UK orders placed before 3:00 PM on Friday.

This service is available at an additional charge and can be selected during checkout.

Public Holiday Deliveries

Our courier partners do not deliver on UK public holidays.

Orders placed during public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Christmas & Holiday Deliveries

Our couriers do not operate on:

Christmas Day
Boxing Day
New Year's Day

Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available working day.

Where available, Next Working Day Delivery applies to business days only.

Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time to qualify.

Please note that Next Day Delivery is subject to courier availability and may not be available in all UK postcodes.

International shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout.

Please note that customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and local handling charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any costs incurred by Florent London—including return shipping fees and customs charges—may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
