1. Shipping Overview

United Kingdom: Florent London is pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. All UK orders are dispatched directly from our UK warehouse.

International Delivery: We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on international orders over £500. For international orders below £500, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and local courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Within the UK

We offer FREE Standard Shipping across most of the United Kingdom for orders placed before the daily cut-off time (Monday–Friday).

Please note that Next Working Day Delivery excludes:

• Scottish Highlands & Islands
• Channel Islands
• Isle of Wight
• Isle of Man
• Northern Ireland
• Selected remote areas of Scotland

Delivery times for these locations may take longer.

3. Delivery Schedule & Holidays

Weekend Deliveries: Saturday Delivery is available for eligible UK orders placed before 3:00 PM on Friday. This service is available at an additional charge and can be selected during checkout.

Public Holidays: Our courier partners do not deliver on UK public holidays. Orders placed during public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Christmas & Holiday Deliveries: Our couriers do not operate on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Year's Day. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available working day.

4. Shipping Methods & Next Working Day Delivery

Florent London partners with trusted national and international courier services to provide reliable and secure delivery. Available shipping methods and delivery options will be displayed during checkout.

Where available, Next Working Day Delivery applies to business days only. Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time to qualify. Next Day Delivery is subject to courier availability and may not be available in all UK postcodes.

5. International Shipping

Florent London ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 3–7 Business Days
• Rest of the World: 7–10 Business Days

International shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout.

6. Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges required by their local customs authorities. These charges are not included in your order total.

If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any costs incurred by Florent London—including return shipping fees and customs charges—may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging where possible
